| We want to be different... |

| We want to recycle as much of the waste as we can, so that’s clothes, bedding, blankets, shoes, small electrical items, books, in date foods, cutlery etc. It's seems such a waste to just throw these things away. Obviously there are going to be some items that just can’t be recycled, so these do go to landfill, not in a hole in the ground but are broken down into material form and recycled, but we do get charged for that privilege. |

| "What we aim to do is clear the property for the minimum charge on the basis that what we recover from the property we can sell to make our costs back, so by recycling as much as possible in some instances this means the customer hasn’t paid anything. We are not saying that’s always the case as each and every house is different, but certainly we think it’s the way forward." |
